All group fitness classes (except for spin) are being held in the HIIT Center.

The HIIT Center is now open to all patrons for use during regularly scheduled business hours as long as there is not a class in session. You no longer need a reservation to utilize this space, however any units that would like to reserve the space for a Unit PT with 20+ participants can call the Fitness Center front desk or reserve in person at the Fitness Center.

  Power Yoga 11:30 am - 12:15 pm
Friday Yoga 6 am- 7 am
