USMC Sleep Challenge
Sleep is the foundation to health, happiness, and performance. Most of us do not get enough sleep and/or
quality sleep. From March 4-31, 2024—keep a sleep log and challenge yourself with new sleep habits.
**You must register for the challenge before March 1, 2024 to participate**

Requirements:
- Open to all Authorized Patrons (18+)
- Register for the challenge before March 1, 2024
- Physically show or email completed sleep logs to the Fitness Center no later than April 5th, 2024
Prizes:
- Names of those who have completed the challenge will be entered into an installation prize drawing and winners
will be notified NLT 12 April. - Three names will be pulled, and each awarded a sleep related prize.
Instructions:
- Once you've registered, please download the Participant Packet (under Downloads) where you will find your Sleep Logs. You have the option to fill out the packet digitally or print and fill it out. Enclosed you will find:
- Week 1: Bedtime Routines
- Week 2: Eat and Drink for Good Sleep
- Week 3: Calm the Mind
- Week 4: Move More
- Four Week Sleep Log
- From March 4-31, 2024, keep a sleep log and challenge yourself with new sleep habits!
